Refund Policy
1. Overview
At UltraAlgo, we stand behind the quality of our products and Services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing any of our products or subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
2. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Because our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. Once you have been granted access to our indicators, algorithms, educational materials, or any other digital content, we are unable to "un-deliver" that access.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds on the following:
- Lifetime access purchases
- One-time purchases of indicators or tools
- Digital downloads or educational content
- Subscription fees for periods already consumed
- Purchases made during promotional or discounted campaigns
3. Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers on qualifying plans. To be eligible, you must:
- Submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date
- Be a first-time subscriber (does not apply to renewals or returning customers)
- Have made a genuine attempt to use the Services and encountered a material issue
- Contact us at support@ultralgo.com with your account email and reason for the request
Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the period for which you have paid.
Cancellations do not generate refunds for the remaining portion of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing cycle.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failure: A documented, verified technical issue on our end that prevented you from accessing the Services for a significant portion of your paid period, and which we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time
- Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate charges due to a billing error on our part
- Unauthorized transaction: A purchase was made fraudulently without your authorization (please also contact your bank immediately in this case)
Dissatisfaction with trading results, indicator performance, or market outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund. Our tools are educational resources, not guarantees of profit.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, your account will be permanently suspended and you will be barred from future purchases. We encourage all customers to contact us directly first — we are committed to resolving legitimate issues promptly and fairly.
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request, please email us at support@ultralgo.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following:
- Your full name and account email address
- Date of purchase and order/transaction ID
- The specific product or subscription you purchased
- A clear description of your reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
8. Modifications to This Policy
UltraAlgo reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
